Life is Simpler with the Internet for Women with a Goal Project continues its trainings and workshops without slowing down during the pandemic period.

Design Thinking Workshops (DTW) continue to be organized with productive women who receive Digital Marketing Training within the scope of the project.

David Kelley, one of the architects of the design thinking approach, summarizes the approach as follows;

“Design thinking is a way of finding human needs and creating new solutions using the tools and mindsets of design practitioners. ‘Design thinking approach’ means more than just paying attention to aesthetics or developing physical products. Design thinking is a methodology. Using it, we can address a wide variety of personal, social, and business challenges in creative new ways.”

With the approach that David Kelley mentioned, DT workshop has been held with about 70 women so far. With this approach, producer women have the opportunity to question in depth how they can improve their products by putting their users at the center. The participants, while practically recognizing their target audiences with the persona exercise, had the opportunity to discover all the interactions of their potential customers with their customer journey map canvas, including the whole process and emotional states from the perspective of their potential customers.

Some of the comments from participants in the workshop are as follows:

“Working with the team was very helpful. Presenting different ideas to others was stimulating for me. I came up with some new ideas that were not in my mind before. The contribution of our trainers who guided us cannot be denied.”

“While preparing the canvas, we first struggled to find the middle ground as a team due to our different experiences, goals and lifestyles. But when we came to the main room, it was very enjoyable to see where we made the wrong comments on the canvas. The experience of thinking for a purpose with people I don't know is inexpressible. I had a full day and I was truly enlightened."
