The initiatives supported by the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and implemented with national and international partners during last year to support sustainable development in Turkey are compiled in UNDP Turkey’s 2019 Annual Report.
United Nations Development Programme (UNDP), working since 1957 to find practical and innovative solutions to Turkey’s development challenges and providing support to the Government of Turkey in its efforts to achieve the Sustainable Development Goals by 2030, released its report providing information on its 2019 activities in Turkey.
The key results of the initiatives supported by UNDP to contribute to sustainable development in areas of building a resilient and inclusive society, climate change and environment, human rights and good governance, empowered women and girls, and innovation in 2019 as well as stories of people touched by these initiatives are featured in this report.
