Kübra who was born in Adana in 1995, works as a civil engineer in Istanbul.
Kübra graduated from Gaziantep University Civil Engineering Department in 2018 with the first place in the Faculty of Engineering. At the 3rd grade of university, she met with Engineer Girls of Turkey Project and defined this as the turning point of her life. In addition to the many support programs she received under the project to improve herself, such as leadership training, Kübra also took part in many volunteering activities. Kübra continues to participate in volunteering activities in her corporate business life. She also supports future engineers as mentor in the Engineer Girls of Turkey Project. Kübra believes that professions have no gender, and she aims to be a successful engineer in her field and to be a role model for other women.
Kübra calls out to her sisters who want to become engineers: "Game changer engineers are leading female engineers, both on the field site and in the office. May force be with you sister. I did it, you can do it too."
