Thematic workshops were held under Total Factor Productivity Project

Thematic workshops were held in İstanbul within the context of the “Support to Development of a Policy Framework for Total Factor Productivity in Turkey Project”, which is financed by the EU, implemented by the UNDP and with the Ministry of Development as the final beneficiary.

Four different workshops were conducted under the “Support to Development of a Policy Framework for Total Factor Productivity in Turkey Project”, which aims to identify the obstacles against productivity problem in economy, particularly in manufacturing industry.

Workshops provided fruitful exchange of views

In the workshops themes on "Digitalization in value and supply chains", "Public policies for investment needs in R&D commercialization", "Advanced technology materials’ timely penetration into country and taking part in the manufacturing processes of SMEs" and "Reaching SMEs to a more institutional and worldwide competitive management philosophy and an administrative structure" were discussed. Fruitful exchange of views with private sector representatives, administrators of public institutions and academicians took place at thematic workshops.
