    The children of Kars have a museum room now!

    A Children’s Museum Room in the Kars Museum opened on January 17, 2011, created within the framework of the UN Joint Programme “Alliances for Culture Tourism in Eastern Anatolia”. The Children’s Museum Room will be a place where children of Kars can come together to participate in various training programs and workshops, which will help them grow as individuals with a strong awareness of their cultural heritage.

Residential electricity consumption has reached almost 36 thousand gigawatts per hour in 2007, an amount equal to over 20 metric tons of CO2.
