    Depending on DHL’s, world leader company of international logistics and fast air transportation industries, expertise on airport logistics management, with the aim of maintaining the necessary logistics support in disaster conditions, “DHL Disaster Response Team”, the initiative which is established under the title of “Life Responsibilities” and as part of the social responsibility strategy, continues its efforts in Turkey with self devotion. Bringing the international cooperation to Turkey within this scope, DHL started to execute “GARD – Get Airports Ready for Disaster” program in Istanbul airports with the support of UNDP Turkey (United Nations Development Program) and General Directorate of State Airports Authority.
