The main purpose of this report is to contribute to the implementation of a people centred approach to development and to increasingly engage the peoples of the world since it is clear that development can only be achieved and sustained through participation of all societies and communities.

Turkey was amongst the first 50 countries selected for national consultations on the Post-2015 development agenda. National consultations in Turkey were intended to include the voices of the voiceless people and marginalized groups.
