Yayla Lake is located in the Buldan district of Denizli and 180 bird species call it home. The lake was covered with 15 centimeters of ice and the image of birds on the postcard-like setting became a centre of attention to hikers and photographers.

T.R. Ministry of Industry and Technology and UNDP Turkey started a project in 2017 to increase the use of energy-efficient electric motors in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Turkey: Promoting Energy-Efficient Motors in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises (SMEs) in Turkey or TEVMOT.
Scholars under the project “Engineer Girls of Turkey” jointly implemented by Limak Foundation, Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Services and United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) met for the fourth time in Istanbul.
A new study is published within the scope of GAP Organic Agriculture Cluster Project: The Scalability and Replicability Toolkit. This toolkit, which is prepared within the partnership of GAP Regional Development Administration, UNDP Turkey and Boğaziçi University Centre for Innovation and Competition Based Development Studies, is expected to be a guideline for leading cluster-based local socio- economic development studies and conducting comparable studies.
Turkey submitted its 7th National Communication to United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) on the 26th of December 2018.
